I had silicone in my nose, but because there was some tightness in the nose, I removed it, and then the bridge collapsed.. so I had autologous costal cartilage surgery again. But this time it turned out really, really natural!? The consultation manager at A* was also really kind, and I went after visiting a lot of places and comparing options. They explained everything well according to exactly what I wanted, and when I said I wanted to emphasize naturalness over something flashy, it became so natural that you really wouldn't know unless I said something!!!
