I went to 10 hospitals famous for nose revision surgery. I went to every place I could, from the ones known for removal to the rest.
For me, I had Gore-Tex done 15 years ago. Because people around me had problems with silicone, like inflammation and contracture, I was the only one who stayed fine.
But the tip dropped in a non-open way, so I was looking to get revision surgery.

Across 10 consultations, there was never a time when the opinions matched. Famous hospitals charged a 40,000 won consultation fee, talked about doing rhinitis surgery too, and even sent texts asking whether I was still thinking about surgery lol.. As someone who has already used Gore-Tex, I think it is 10 times better than silicone. Of course, that depends on removal skill, but with this doctor's technique I strongly recommend it
