It's already been more than 3 months since I had revision nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage. Now that weird feeling I had in the beginning, when I laughed or washed my face, is almost gone, and it really just feels like my own nose haha I asked them to improve the bluntness from the front and to make it as glamorous and feminine as possible, and they matched what I wanted really well. Especially, I was a little worried it might bend if they raised it too high, but I like the front view too, and the autologous costal cartilage surgical site causes no problems at all in daily life. Before, my nose looked so flat that nobody could tell I had had surgery, but now it definitely has more dimension, and I hear a lot that my face looks smaller too. Even the flaring nostrils have clearly improved, so I'm satisfied.
