I consulted with Dr. [Doctor A] about my nose. Well, as a plastic surgeon, as long as the surgery is done well, that’s what matters, but the doctor suited the keywords “cynical” and “tough” very well. At other clinics, they said my current nose suits my face, so I asked from an objective standpoint whether he would recommend nose surgery, and he said of course it would be better to do it, and that since he is a doctor, why would he answer like that just to make money. I was caught off guard.
I’m not sure about the staff’s friendliness, but everyone was so beautiful that I wondered if they had their own procedures done here and wanted to as well. The facial contouring doctor also said quite bluntly, “We’ll leave the nerve line around the jaw and sacrifice the cheekbone area,” which surprised me, but the staff later explained again that sacrificing the nerve line in the cheekbone area would not really affect daily life and that he had been speaking very conservatively about the surgical outcome, which reassured me.
Overall, the doctors were so blunt that if the staff had not been there, I probably would have booked surgery at another clinic. Still, the consultation system is thorough, and the facilities seem much more state-of-the-art than other clinics, so I felt confident.
