I had under-eye fat repositioning surgery 17 years ago. Back then it was also famous for under-eye fat repositioning, so every patient who came to the hospital seemed to get only that surgery. I think it was local anesthesia, but it hurt a lot. They operated on one eye first and then the other eye, and the anesthesia had started wearing off a little. It hurt so much that I asked them to give me more anesthetic injections, but they didn't. I think they said that if they gave anesthesia injections then, it would swell a lot. So the right eye felt like it was finished in a hurry. The swelling lasts for a week, and then you can put on makeup and go back to daily life right away.
