I visited 5 places for consultations, and after comparing them all, I decided I wanted to go with this place. I was looking at places with enough experience, an anesthesiologist on site, and a single director rather than a big clinic, and this one felt the most convincing... The plan was donor rib cartilage and silicone. I am a little worried about the silicone, but since my nose bridge is low, I do not think there was much choice, and they do not seem like the kind of place that would dodge responsibility if a problem came up, so for now I am okay with it. They took CT scans and photos from different angles and showed me what it would likely look like with cotton swabs, and there was no Photoshop prediction after surgery. Overall it is not especially flashy, but it feels like the real thing. I do not remember the price T_T
