After having the front canthoplasty, I developed white, hardened scar tissue at the inner corner of my eye and was left with a sunken scar, so the stress was really bad. Even when I covered it with makeup, it was noticeable, and it actually looked messier, so in the end I got a scar laser consultation and received my first session. The skin around the eyes is such a thin area that when the laser was being applied, it stung enough to make me tear up a little. Right after the procedure, the inner corner of my eye felt hot and burning, as if it were on fire, and the redness plus swelling mixed with discharge lasted for several days T_T. Up to day 3, I took care of it carefully by applying the ointment diligently, and after about a week, the scab formed and then naturally came off, leaving the surface feeling a little smoother! I plan to keep going steadily.
