If you book online and go, the nurses take care of skin care from A to Z. You do not even see the director or the manager. During laser treatment, the nurses explain everything while giving anesthesia. You do see the director when the procedure is done. The female director is T, the male director is T, and neither of them talked much, but the female doctor did feel a bit kinder. Very fast, perfectly factory-style, and I liked that there was no unnecessary consultation. The coordinators waiting in front kept having serious conversations in Chinese, and I could not really tell whether they changed out frequently. They were always going back and forth to the manager's room, so they seemed busy. There are always many foreigners, including Chinese and Japanese people. The place is well managed and clean. The sofas should be checked carefully every time you sit down. Maybe because there is nowhere to put drinks while waiting, there are occasional spills. It is good when you want the necessary procedure done quickly at good value.
