It’s been 1 year since I had square jaw and zygoma surgery at [Brand A]

I was worried about my broad face shape and big square jaw, and after worrying about it for several years since I was a student, I finally got the surgery done after a lot of thought…! Usually contouring surgery is done under general anesthesia, but this was the only place where square jaw surgery behind the ear could be done under sedation, and the director confidently said some level of effect would be achieved, so I trusted them and went ahead. I asked the director to leave just a little bit of square jaw and cut it down, and because I had a lot of square jaw muscle, muscle reduction was done as well. The result is really, really, really satisfying. Now I don’t particularly worry even when the wind blows, and I take way more photos than before. My face really became slimmer, and I can feel that my face got a bit smaller too. I no longer hide the square jaw that I used to worry about, and I’m trying much more varied hairstyles than before. People around me ask what I did, but I just brush it off by saying I got Botox or fat grafting.. And my cheekbones weren’t particularly protruding, but even though I did this together while getting the square jaw done in order to slim down, I still got a lot of effect. But of course it’s a big surgery, so you should know that you need about a month of recovery time, and I recommend getting diligent aftercare! You also need to do hot compresses often so the swelling goes down faster.. Actually, I thought there was a limit to the self-esteem that cosmetic surgery could fill, but for me it was a really big source of stress, so I think my self-esteem has gone up a lot after the surgery. It’s been almost 1 year since the operation now, and I still have no side effects, and the sensation around the cheekbone area that I was worried about has all come back! Anyway, I’m really satisfied!
