Except for P R M, they all said to remove it with a closed approach. Removal cost was cheapest at S S Y, in the mid-200s (an extra 50 for capsule removal) G Y S 300s (extra 20 for sedation) S Y 300s (extra 80 if open) / revision with Megaderm + ear cartilage 700 P R M 400 (extra 100 for Megaderm on the bridge) (There was only silicone in the bridge, and besides one filler session there were no other procedures, so I think I got a relatively cheap estimate) For several days I searched for reviews on this community and read all the premium reputations, and the place I thought would restore it closest to my original nose was S Y. Since they are top names, there are bad reviews for all of them, but S Y had the fewest complaints in removal-after reviews. That is only among the posts I found though. I had surgery 20 years ago, so I do not even remember my original nose, and looking at old photos it was a nose with almost no bridge So I do not want my original nose back If I end up doing a full removal, I decided on S Y, and if I put Megaderm on the bridge after removal, I was going to do it at P R M. Right now I still cannot decide between these two places, and for days and days I have been going through old posts on this community, staying up until very late at night because I keep scrolling through them. I had already given up on Megaderm after seeing so many bad reviews, but at P R M there were no cases of inflammation from Megaderm. They say that if you put it in after removal, it gets absorbed less than the first surgery, and it does not spread or get puffy because they would not overcorrect it, and that it is not like that. I cannot even imagine having no bridge after removal Is there anyone else like me, hesitating back and forth? I want to decide on a clinic within this week and make the surgery reservation. If anyone has had Megaderm done, please leave a comment And I have seen a lot of posts saying it felt like everyone got scolded at G Y S when they went there, but after going for a consultation I get it lol They explained things in detail while drawing pictures, and smiled brightly in between too, but when I asked questions, it felt like they were saying there was no need to hear them because they were already written on the consultation form They cut me off, and when I said after removal it would go back to somewhere between my original nose and the surgery bridge height, I wanted to show them a photo of my original nose, but then calls kept coming in on my phone, so I said I would show it later, and they were like it did not matter whether I showed it or not, all that kind of thing, making me feel awkward It gives the feeling that if something becomes a concern after surgery and I contact them, they would probably get annoyed... Of course, if they do the surgery well, that would be fine, but for me it felt a bit off I meant to write something short, but the post got long I want to decide on a clinic quickly

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJun 4 It's already been 2 months since I had the silicone removed
