Review of revision rhinoplasty for a crooked nose caused by an accident (2 months)

I originally had rhinoplasty, and not long after that I got into a car accident that caused a nasal bone fracture, which made my nose bend to one side! I just lived with it while adapting, but before the revision surgery I hit my nose hard in another accident, and after getting a CT scan I found out that the silicone had broken To be honest, I was pretty shocked then I had only thought the nose was crooked, but hearing that the implant was broken too made me feel even more uneasy for no reason.. Even though it was not an immediate problem, I kept wondering whether it was okay to leave it like that, and what if it caused bigger problems later, so I started seriously looking into revision surgery! Especially because this was a revision and the nose had already been injured in accidents twice, I thought stability mattered more than chasing height, so I felt trust in how he viewed that part in the same way! The surgery was done without an implant, and included removal of the existing silicone, capsule removal, correction of the crooked nose, and correction of the dorsal hump! He reused my existing cartilage! Honestly, until right before surgery I was worried that going implant-free would make the nose too low. When I searched online, there were many posts saying the nose had become lower after implant removal, and I wondered if I would regret it because it was a revision too But now, at the 2-month mark, what I feel is that stability matters much more than height! Before, I used to have a subtle foreign-body feeling inside my nose, but now there is almost no foreign-body sensation, and it feels much more natural when touched! More than anything, not having to worry about the silicone breaking anymore is such a huge psychological relief! The biggest change I feel at 2 months is the front view! Before surgery, every time I looked in the mirror I could see the nose was slightly twisted to one side, and I had to pay a lot of attention to angles in photos, but now that stress is almost gone! The side line has also settled naturally where the dorsal hump was corrected, and the tip has definitely softened compared with the one-month mark! Honestly, before deciding on the revision, I worried a lot that if I touched it again it might end up even worse, but now I even think I should have done it sooner! Especially for people like me who got a crooked nose from an accident or are worried about the silicone condition, I recommend at least getting a consultation! It is still only 2 months, so it is too early to call it the final result, but so far the crooked nose has improved a lot and I no longer worry about silicone breakage, so I am quite satisfied!
