Autologous costal cartilage first surgery review (6 months post-op) - nose surgery by a known surgeon

As you can see just from the photos, my dorsal hump was really severe, and the tip felt like it was drooping, so it was a huge complex for me I heard that your nose really has to be done well the first time, and since the nose is the center of the face, it matters even more for your image..! On top of that, revision surgery is much harder and more complicated, and they say it costs twice as much, so I worked hard visiting a lot of clinics, but it was really difficult. Every clinic said slightly different things, and I was totally lost in between 😂😂 Then I found my nose-surgery savior ♥ ♥ ♥ When I told them what I wanted improved during the consultation, they really picked up on those points well, and they were also so kind when explaining my current nasal condition and structure During the consultation they lifted my nose to fit my face, and at that moment I thought, this is the place. 1. People always say that a dorsal hump needs silicone to get a clean line, but that is all a lie! Of course there can be cases like that, but even a severe hump like mine can have an unbelievably clean line if you meet a skilled surgeon.
