As soon as I walked into the clinic, the overall place was neat and well organized, so my first impression was good. The consultation manager was also very kind and made me feel comfortable while explaining everything, which I appreciated. I ended up deciding to get cheekbone surgery here, and I’m so nervous. I liked that it would be under sedation, because when I had general anesthesia in the past, my throat gave me such a hard time that it was really difficult. The consultation felt systematic and detailed overall, so I trusted them. The atmosphere of the consultation was comfortable and the explanations were thorough, so I was satisfied with it.
