The director was a little cold, but explained things very thoroughly. They seemed to have a lot of experience with lower-eyelid fat repositioning surgery, and I liked that they did not say unnecessary things unrelated to the surgery. I also remember them giving kind explanations for consultations about other areas too.
The consultation manager was very kind and explained things well while showing me many before-and-after photos based on their own treatment experience. I remember there was a slight recommendation for fat grafting, but it was not forceful.
Overall, the hospital was clean and not too crowded, not too empty either, just the right amount.
