The director seemed very friendly and gentle. He spoke softly and listened well. But it felt like he drew the line very carelessly, and he even told me to look at it when the line was not even coming out well yet. He was so bad at drawing the line that I just mentally ruled him out right away. The manager was not friendly and was kind of off-putting. Her tone also felt a bit snide. Even when I asked questions, she would just give her personal opinion like, "Isn't that kind of bad?" I did not hear any professional answer to my questions. The overall atmosphere of the clinic is not the friendly type.
