I was looking into revision nose surgery because improvement for my bulbous nose was not going well, and I saw a review with a sleek nose shape that I really liked, so I went in for a consultation. My main goal was to improve the bulbous nose, but I also wanted the line to be smooth and the tip to be neatly refined, so I mentioned those things too. The director checked whether those were possible in my current nose condition while also looking at the height and line that would suit my face. Rather than saying it would definitely work, it was more like: given these conditions, if you do it this way and that way, it will be possible. I guess that gave me more confidence in the surgery.. anyway, yes. Since it was revision surgery, I was recommended autologous costal cartilage, and I mentioned I was worried about scars near the ribs, but the manager explained a long list of experiences from people who had had autologous costal cartilage surgery, so I felt reassured in my own way.. There was absolutely no pressure to reserve on the spot, so I had a comfortable consultation
