Nose Surgery Reviews

I successfully had the revision nose surgery I was worried about

I had nose surgery once before, but as time passed the silicone line started to look awkward and my nose also looked slightly crooked. The hump was not fully corrected either, so I decided on revision surgery at a place that handles male noses and revision rhinoplasty a lot. During the consultation at [Clinic A], they carefully checked the condition of the existing implant, whether the septum would be used, and how crooked it was. They did not just make it higher; they designed it to match my facial proportions, and they said the custom-fit implant is made to suit the structure of my nose, so there would be less floating or visible edges, which is why I chose it. Then they said they would secure support at the tip with donor rib cartilage and also perform septal extension, and they gave me a very specific direction to straighten the center, which I liked. After replacing the silicone with a custom implant, the line connects much more naturally and there is almost no sense of mismatch. The hump was also neatly corrected, and since the crooked nose was corrected too, the center looked perfectly aligned from the front. Most of all, the tip is supported with donor rib cartilage, so it feels firm while still keeping a masculine angle and a clear presence. I was very worried because it was a revision, but replacing the implant seems like it was the perfect move. The hump, crooked nose, and even the tip that had bothered me for so long were all fixed in this one revision, so I am much more satisfied than after my first surgery.
