The hospital seems fairly large, so things are organized floor by floor and move in a structured way. The staff at the first-floor reception desk were less friendly than the counselor and the director during the consultation. At first they give you a registration form, and it has very detailed fields to fill out. So I recommend arriving a little earlier than your appointment time. They take photos carefully from multiple angles, and CT imaging is included by default and done comfortably. They also show sample examples of various procedures, which increased my trust a bit more. I even learned new things about my own face that I had not known before.
