I was thinking about getting an autologous-free procedure and went in with the highest expectations, but my consultation with Dr. Kang Euntaek was a bit short. Instead, I had a detailed discussion with the consultation manager to fit my needs. They said they would only use ear cartilage because the septal cartilage wasn’t available, but since I have a fleshy nose and thick skin, I was worried whether it would provide enough support. I also brought up costal cartilage, but they said there was no need to use it because they wouldn’t be placing silicone and wouldn’t be raising the nose tip very much either. I decided not to book at the clinic because I didn’t think it would provide a big effect in improving the front view.
