Nose Re-Surgery

Record) Silicone removal, step correction with ear cartilage/autologous dermis surgery

First removal - remove the silicone and fill the step with ear cartilage. However, later the cartilage became very visible and the nose tip turned pointy, so I decided to have surgery again five months later. Second removal - the cartilage visibility means one or two layers of the stacked ear cartilage need to be removed and reinforced with dermis. - About 15% of the dermis is usually absorbed - If you only remove one layer of ear cartilage without dermis, it will just show again anyway - A non-open approach is not precise, so I do not recommend it; it has to be done open - If the surgery is done as described above, only the nose tip shape will become a little rounder and the rest will not change much The surgery ended last weekend, and today I am going back to check the progress. I hope I recover quickly and no longer have to worry about my nose. The first, second, and third surgeries were all done at the same hospital.
