[Record] Third nose revision and removal + could you check the height and shape?

<The last photo is the third surgery, and the rest are the second surgery...!> When I was 20, I had my first surgery and got double eyelids plus nose surgery at the same hospital, using silicone, septal cartilage, columellar strut, and other materials. But everyone said they couldn’t tell I had done anything to my nose, and that it just looked crooked with nostrils showing too much, so I decided that if it was going to be like that, I’d rather just take it out. About 5 or 6 years later, I went back to the hospital where I had my first surgery and decided to remove the silicone and fill the step-off with ear cartilage = second surgery. The nose shape was really pretty, but the side profile was too sharp and the cartilage gradually started to protrude. Eventually, under light, it became so visible that you could trace the cartilage outline. Do you know Pokémon Poliwag? It’s a Pokémon where even the insides are visible, and mine was just visible at that level. And when you touched it, it was sooo pointy, and everyone I met would carefully ask, "Did you have something done to your nose...?" (absolutely not in a positive way..) After that, the cartilage visibility got worse and worse (about 5 months later), so I went back to the revision hospital (= the first hospital) and asked what I should do. They said that among the layers they had added with ear cartilage, they could remove one layer and supplement the thin skin with dermis. When I came to this community and asked whether that was okay, people said that even the dermis itself was thick and that the hospital seemed a bit short-sighted...? They said it didn’t make sense to add more to an already sharp and high nose, and that you shouldn’t open the nose so often in such a short period of time, so everyone discouraged me from having surgery, and I also didn’t want to have surgery. But what could I do... the cartilage was about to protrude so much that it felt like it might touch the face of whoever stood in front of me. I decided to consult the surgeon again. But the surgeon who operated on me was pretty firm? He said to remove one layer of ear cartilage and add dermis. > If I didn’t add dermis, the cartilage would show again anyway. And he said not to do it closed, but open it. > If done closed, it wouldn’t be done properly. Anyway, the person doing the surgery was this doctor.. and if I stubbornly insisted and messed it up again, I really felt like I would want to die then, so I decided to listen. (I didn’t have time to go to the three big hospitals. My daily life was truly that busy and overwhelming.. Even after surgery, I absolutely needed to be able to return to daily life within 3 days, so the surgery was kind of urgent.) So I just... lay on the operating table thinking this was really the last time... I paid about 550,000 won more.. it was after-service, but that was the hospital policy, so I just followed it. And because I was preparing to change jobs + had interviews + was busy with my current work, my physical and mental condition was really terrible. When I got there, my temperature was around 37 C T_T Anyway, I just had the surgery. The surgery took about an hour? My heart rate was too high and I was so scared. I could somehow lie down the first and second times, but when I lay down the third time, I really felt like I was going to die and I thought I might have a panic attack T_T Still, the staff in the operating room held my hand and comforted me a lot, which really helped... <Day of surgery (Day 1)> - My nose throbs and aches more than it did after the first and second surgeries - It is taped, but unlike the first and second surgeries, there is a lot of blood on it - I was sad because the incision seems to be a straight line... the scar will probably last a long time <Day 2> - It is a bit swollen, but definitely not as swollen as after the first and second surgeries. Once I got used to doing cold compresses, the swelling went down quickly - I also went for a walk - My nose still hurts... why is this happening? They told me to come to the hospital on day 3. Will they remove the tape then? They should remove it... T_T Everyone, please be very careful with nose surgery. Especially if you have a job, don’t just get nose surgery... If you ask me to name the two things I regret most in my life, it’s getting bulimia and getting nose surgery. To be blunt, bulimia can at least be treated, but nose surgery feels like an endless hell. And because lying on the operating table, opening and closing the nose, everything about it is painful and scary to me, the way plastic surgery clinics respond as if this is all nothing, as if it’s just opening and closing a doll during assembly, is honestly pretty frustrating T_T Unless it’s your first surgery, in a hospital-vs-customer situation the customer is always at a disadvantage. My first time at least, I was pampered by the plastic surgery clinic and had fun with the surgery lol. Now I’m basically a black consumer T_T If you have a mortal enemy among your parents, I strongly recommend nose surgery for them. Preferably with plenty of silicone and a septal extension surgery method...^^ Anyway, could you look at the nose shape and tell me whether it looks different from the second surgery? And could I ask them to remove the tape on day 3 too T_T On day 4 I have to go to work, attend a meeting, and submit a report, so I absolutely cannot keep the tape on... I also got heavily criticized for taking a half day off on Monday T_TTTTTTTT I still have to work from home anyway, so... sigh T_T............
