I preferred speaking directly with the doctor instead of the consultation manager. The doctor has a kind of straightforward, no-nonsense warmth, not the soft and affectionate type, but still very kind. Very handsome too. They listened carefully to my concerns and even gave me an extra treatment without pressuring me to add more procedures. I feel really burdened when I am pushed into things, so it was great that there was none of that, and the staff were extremely kind as well. After the Thermage treatment, they showed me the mirror and I could see the effect right away, and it still works well now. I paid for a package using my boyfriend as my birthday present, and I think it was the right choice.^^ They said it only needs to be done once a year.
