First of all, the hospital itself was the best of the three I went to for consultations. The staff were good too, except the front-desk staff had a bit of a corporate vibe. The manager was kind and nice, and the doctor was also a little low-energy, but basically friendly and answered my questions well. It was my first consultation that day, so I was nervous, but they still told me that there are ways to improve the eyes to some extent, and that the parts that cannot be done cannot be done. What worried me was that during consultations at other hospitals, I heard that it is not easy to reshape the line, but here they said it can be done, so I felt unsure and could not make a final decision for now. Still, it is worth getting a consultation once.
