First of all, the director and the staff were very kind. The director answered each of my questions professionally, one by one. He clearly explained which parts could be improved and which parts might be difficult, and explained in an easy way how the surgery would proceed. While taking photos and looking at them, he explained using pictures. There were expressionless photos, smiling photos, and photos looking up and down, each taken with different expressions, so it was nice that he could predict how the fat and muscles move depending on the expression and what the post-surgery outcome might be like.
