Nose Re-Surgery

I'm planning to remove my nose implant, but it's a 3-hour twilight anesthesia surgery. Is it okay that there is no anesthesiologist?

I am really scared of anesthesia, and after having had nose surgery several times, I feel like the more experience I get, the scarier it becomes. Even my first surgery, I managed to get through with just a short twilight local anesthesia... This time, I liked all the hospitals I consulted with, but there is no anesthesiologist on site, and the director said he would handle the twilight anesthesia himself while watching me directly. The surgery time is supposed to be about 3 hours, so is that okay? Honestly, being under twilight anesthesia for 3 hours is scary enough, and now they are saying there is no anesthesiologist either, so I suddenly feel really anxious. Have any of you had long twilight anesthesia or had surgery for more than 3 hours at a hospital without an anesthesiologist? Should I just look for a hospital with an anesthesiologist on site for safety... My head is about to explode Please share your experiences.
