Nose Re-Surgery

Non-Open Surgery for Removing Nasal Cartilage

11 years ago, when I had my nasal tip done with ear cartilage and cartilage repositioning, my nostrils became vertically longer. But as time passed, the cartilage height on both sides of the nose tip also became different, and when seen from the side, the left and right shapes of the nose are different. The cartilage is also showing through, and my nose just looks too big, so I want to restore it. Are there any cases like mine where someone had nasal tip cartilage repositioning and then had restoration or revision without an open approach? I have a severe keloid tendency, so if possible I absolutely, absolutely want to avoid an open procedure T_T
