One week after implant removal and breast fat grafting

Hello, after surgery I planned to keep a daily record, but I felt so terrible that only now can I finally write something. I had implant removal and fat grafting at the same time, and while I was at it, I also did my arms. I pushed myself a bit because I wanted to get the pain over with all at once.. The implant wasn't removed through the inframammary fold, but through the areola, or so they said. I would die before agreeing to the inframammary fold, so I asked for areolar removal, and they said they remove through the areola except for special cases, so I felt reassured and had the surgery. The surgery was expected to take 4 hours, but it took about 5. The surgery day happened to overlap exactly with my expected period day, so I was nervous (they said tampons were fine), and after surgery my period started in the restroom next to the recovery room lol lucky.. Including the recovery time until I woke from sedation, I think I was at the hospital for about 8 hours. After I left the hospital with my younger sibling, who was my guardian, we bought medicine and bruise cream, took a taxi home, and every time we went over a manhole cover my breasts would sway so much that it felt so strange, and I even worried whether that much movement was okay in terms of impact. When I got home and looked at my breasts, because of the swelling they were almost the same size as the implant one (C cup), and when I had implants the round shape made my upper chest protrude, but now that upper fullness is gone and it really looks like a real breast. Every time I walk it sways, which was touching.. Of course it is swelling and water retention, but still, I thought, this is a real breast.. Of course I'm sad because they said the swelling will go down quickly, but I don't know how much will go down.. By the way, I was told 280 cc was placed on each side. They say the first day is the least painful, and that turned out to be true because the extreme pain started the day after surgery. The pain is like after exercising really hard and having muscle soreness, but 30 to 50 times worse. It is hard even to lie down, and even harder to get up. - I don't even know which part I should use to get up, whether it's my arms, thighs, or chest, and if I try to use my abs to get up, my abs hurt too, so I just give up and get up while hurting from some area. I can't sit on the toilet bowl / I didn't buy a hippo urinal out of overconfidence, and I immediately regretted it.. Still, after struggling a bit, I found a less painful position.. My hands and feet were extremely swollen, so I thought of them as Doraemon hands and elephant feet. Since I only took one week off and had to go back to work, on day 5 I rushed to the pharmacy and bought Newvein? It definitely helps with hand swelling, and the feet are a bit slower because of gravity. I think it would be good to keep eating healthy, so I'm eating mostly chicken breast, boiled eggs, Greek yogurt, and fruit. Because of the compression garment, my stomach felt tight, so even though I couldn't eat much, I still felt full, but I'm forcing it in anyway.. What else should I write.. The big pain lasts until day 5, and from week 1 onward I feel like I just overcome the remaining pain in my own way. I definitely want a second round, but I hope a lot doesn't go down, sigh If you have any questions, leave a comment!
