Real one-month review after breast surgery at Fore Plastic Surgery! I had the surgery under the muscle layer, and I am very satisfied with both the shape and size of my breasts. People around me cannot tell unless I say something, and even though it has not been long since the surgery, there is not a single awkward shape. There is no Y-shaped groove, and it looks like a truly natural breast!! The director said before surgery that there would not be much swelling and that there would not be much pain, but honestly I did not believe it. But it really did not hurt.. It was done under sedation anesthesia, and I fell asleep smoothly, then woke up like, huh? They said the surgery was over, and it was already finished haha I got up quickly and walked home on my own If anything, I was so surprised by how little it hurt that I ended up using my arms carelessly and got scolded by the director.. I did not even wear a support bra, just wore the upper band for a short while + I did not use a drainage bottle either. The director is genuinely serious about follow-up care too, so he checks everything carefully, and said that if I handle scar care well later, I could probably even fool people into thinking it is natural haha Even at one month, it is this natural and the feel is good too. If you want something natural, just follow the director's opinion. I did not chase a bigger size, but it fits my body type perfectly! And I absolutely recommend armpit incision surgery. Director Kim Min-young at Fore is a master of armpit incision!!!! Recovery was insanely fast too, and because there is no scar on the breast, it really feels like a natural breast
