I had functional and cosmetic nose surgery because of rhinitis, and I love it so much

I've had rhinitis since I was little, but I just lived with it thinking it was normal. But as time went on, the nasal congestion got worse... It even kept alternating between both sides, and I felt like breathing through my mouth was easier, and then my mouth would get dry when I slept. It got especially bad during seasonal changes, so I decided to have surgery. First of all, I was surprised that the doctor was so young..! They explained well what the problem was and how things would proceed, so I was grateful. They were kind. I said I wanted to fix the congestion and also raise my nose naturally. They reflected my opinions properly and told me how they would design it. They lifted my nose naturally just the way I wanted, and the nasal congestion that had troubled me my whole life was fixed, so these days life feels worth living.. My impression seems more masculine too. Since I was going to have nose surgery anyway, I thought I should do it properly, so during the consultation I decided the bridge would be silicone and the tip would be autologous costal cartilage. That choice was really a great decision lol I was stressed because I kept breathing through my mouth and felt like even my jaw area was changing somehow.. If I had known I would feel this comfortable, I would have done it much sooner.. haha Anyway, because my appearance also changed much more in the direction I wanted, I think the functional and cosmetic nose surgery was a good choice.
