It's been a month since I had nose surgery at Between. My nose bridge wasn't especially low, and I had never been told my nose was unattractive, but my side profile was such a complex that I went in for a consultation. They told me I had a deviated septum, so I had both functional and cosmetic nose surgery. I visited about 4 clinics in person, and all of them said my septum was deviated and small, so costal cartilage would be needed. But Between specializes in no-implant procedures, so they proceeded with ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and only smoothed the hump. I didn't have a specific nose shape I wanted, so I asked them to make it suit my face, and everyone who sees it says my nose looks natural and pretty, so I'm satisfied haha.
