3-month review of revision nose surgery for a man in his 40s

I had been thinking for a very long time about revision nose surgery in my 40s, and after finally deciding on it, I had my nose surgery at Al-U Plastic Surgery. To put it first... Even on the day of the rhinoplasty, the staff kept taking care of me and the atmosphere was calm, so it went much more comfortably than I expected. After the surgery, honestly, I was really surprised that there was no swelling on my face at first, and the autologous costal cartilage pain was less than I expected, so it was comfortable. After the splint came off, I was worried because the swelling in my nose was severe, but as the swelling gradually went down, the line has been coming together beautifully and very naturally. The procedure included autologous costal cartilage for the tip, custom silicone, correction of a bulbous nose, lowering the columella, and more. After surgery: ✔ The blunt feeling from the front was refined ✔ The side profile connected in a straight line, giving a masculine and sophisticated impression ✔ No artificial feeling at all People around me said I looked so cool yet natural, and that was what I was happiest about. My goal was to become naturally cool, and this is exactly that feeling. And personally, what I really liked was that the surgeon, the assigned manager, and every staff member were so, so kind, and the aftercare and progress checks were extremely thorough. As time passed, they kept checking the swelling reduction process and the condition of my nose, so I felt reassured. Now, as more time passes, it is becoming more and more natural, and my satisfaction goes up every time I take a photo. Overall assessment: natural but glamorous, masculine but natural, which I really like. Even if I had to choose again, I think I would do it here. I am satisfied to the point that I feel like all the time I spent worrying about my nose was wasted.
