Nose Surgery Reviews

Flat nose, small nose - review of a natural-looking nose surgery!

Because my nose had a turned-up tip, a bulbous tip, and a short nose all at once, people around me kept saying nose surgery would probably improve it, so I had been worrying about it for a long time. A nose revision surgery photo from RU Plastic Surgery happened to show up in my Instagram feed, and it seemed like a good match for me, since I pursue a natural look. Among all the nose surgery consultations I had gotten so far, Director Kim Hyun-ju gave the most professional and detailed explanation, so I felt confident. My septum was quite crooked, so I had septal reconstruction and raised the bridge with about 2 mm of silicone, and I also used autologous rib cartilage. First of all, the front-view improvement I had repeatedly told the doctor I wanted before surgery, where the columella would be lowered so the nostrils would not show, seems to have turned out very well, so I am extremely satisfied. I had no bruising at all after surgery, and until the second week there was a little swelling, so I did wonder, 'Isn't it getting too high?' but now, one month later, I am so, so satisfied. Right now the swelling is still going down, so the size of my nostrils looks a little different, but unless you look closely you can hardly tell, and I think that will continue to improve. The autologous rib cartilage scar and the nose scar are healing well too. They also harvested the autologous rib cartilage from just below my breast line, so even when I wear a bikini it does not bother me, which I really like. The side view now has a naturally improved bridge that suits my face, so photos come out well and people around me have said it turned out well, and I am satisfied too!
