I had my third revision surgery today!!!!

I got a lot of help from this community after coming here, and I also visited a ton of clinics in person, but in the end I had revision surgery at the place where I had my original surgery, paying only the anesthesia fee. Since this was my nth revision, the cost difference was enormous. The prices at the clinics I visited were all over the place, starting at around 4 to 5 million won. The surgical methods were so different from clinic to clinic that I almost became mentally unwell while going around lol. Every visit felt like chaos: Clinic A: remove everything and rebuild from scratch. Clinic B: lightly cover the nose tip with artificial dermis. Clinic C: remove the temporal fascia and cover it. Clinic D: the support structure height has to be lowered first. Clinic E: reshape the nose tip with ear cartilage and correct the white nose. For example, at one clinic I was told my nostrils showed too much and that I absolutely had to have nostril lowering. When I said I didn't want to, they gave me this half-laugh and asked whether this nose looked pretty to me, T_T, which did hurt a little. And consultation fees, CT fees, and things like that also added up more than I expected when I paid them once and then again...?? I didn't go all the way to Seoul, though, and I thought that if someone from a provincial city went to Seoul, the money would really disappear fast, T_T. Before my memory fades away, I'll jot this down once. My surgery was scheduled for 10 a.m., but there was traffic so I was late, T_T. (I guess I'm the only patient who would be late on surgery day... what a hopeless person I am, tsk tsk.) I arrived with about 10 minutes to spare. Still, since I've had surgery several times, the prep process went quickly. I signed the surgery consent form, washed up and changed clothes, and then had photos taken. Then I had a consultation with the director and went into the operating room. The surgery plan was to trim the nasal tip cartilage and layer Megaderm on top of the nose tip. I really hated a nose shape that looked pointy, so I said to make it round no matter what and to trim as much of the lifted cartilage as possible. I also said absolutely no raising of the nose tip, lol. Then, when I went into the operating room and lay down, the first thing they did was remove my nose hair. Usually they just go over it with a nose-hair machine, but this time the nurse cut each hair one by one with scissors. If it got poked sometimes, my eyes would tear up a little...;;; Then they disinfect the entire face. The worst part is when they disinfect the nostrils with antiseptic. If it goes down the back of the nose, it really stings. But they just told me to swallow the antiseptic... And at the same time they did an antibiotic test on my arm and inserted the IV needle, and my mouth started getting incredibly dry. The director came in, drew the design on my face with a marker, and while the anesthetic was slowly going in, I lost consciousness, lol. Oh, and at the end the director told me not to be nervous and asked whether it would be okay if the nose tip were a little lower. So I answered, yes, of course, it's okay even if it gets lower. I like everything except it getting higher. And when I woke up, I was in the recovery room. But because of an antibiotic side effect, my whole body itched like crazy. While scratching like mad, I was half-asleep and couldn't see the call bell, so I called the hospital from inside the hospital, lol. 'I feel so itchy I think I'm going crazy right now...' When I said that, they rushed over and gave me an injection to calm the itching. After that, it settled down right away, and I think I slept for about another hour. Since I had no guardian with me, I gathered myself alone, changed clothes, got my prescription, and left. But even after I got outside the hospital, I was still dizzy. I can't remember how much I paid for the medicine, lol. And at the pharmacy I looked in the mirror, and the yellow disinfectant on my face... hadn't washed off at all, so I looked like I had jaundice, T_T. Oh, and I only had a slight touch-up on the nose tip, so I didn't have nasal packing. (Honestly, that made me so happy.) When I got home, the anesthesia was wearing off a bit, and the tip of my nose felt sore and throbbing like it had been hit. It wasn't a sharp pain, but more of a dull, heavy ache. People who have had surgery before will know what I mean, right??? Actually, nose surgery isn't that painful, so maybe that's why I was able to keep going with revisions. Of course, I'm against having surgery many times. But I felt like I couldn't keep living with this nose, T_T. I spent more than 6 months thinking about it before doing it. First of all, the most important thing is the nose shape. It's much more rounded than before. Still, my skin at the nose is thin, so it doesn't feel plump like a bulbous nose, but for now I like it. Still, I won't know until the swelling goes down. I really hope it stays exactly like this. If it still looks good once the swelling is gone, I'll come back with part 2 of the review! Every time I posted about my worries, I was so grateful to everyone here for answering so thoughtfully. I hope everyone succeeds with their plastic surgery and becomes pretty.
