Pain Still Won't Let Up 6 Months After Nose Implant Removal

First, I had nose surgery 16 years ago with silicone and ear cartilage. Because of the pain, I had the silicone, ear cartilage, and capsule removed about 6 months ago. It still hurt after that, but I thought it was only natural to be in pain after surgery, so I went through the recovery period. But now, 6 months later, I can't live without painkillers at all. It hurts even if I take painkillers. It's not like I haven't contacted the hospital either; I've tried everything. They say it's postoperative recovery pain, but if it really were recovery pain, it should be getting better, and mine is getting worse. Please read this with me and help me think it through. I'll write my symptoms here now: a stabbing pain in the bridge of the nose, inside the nostrils, the columella, and the nostril base, like something sharp keeps poking me; a heavy foreign-body sensation along the alar line; numbness in the philtrum and an occasional foreign-body sensation there; the bridge and nasal dorsum feeling as if something is pressing down hard on them, with a stinging sensation and an occasional pulling-up feeling; the tip of the nose also feeling a very strong stabbing pain and a pulling-up sensation; a foreign-body sensation along the upper lip line as well. It's hard to breathe through my nose, and it feels like my nose is tightly bound by something. Something keeps going down the back of my throat, and sometimes I notice a strange smell. It's really a pain like something very sharp keeps stabbing me, right? I feel like I'm going crazy. I really have no idea why this is happening. I haven't just skipped going to the hospital; I've been to all of them, and they all say it's postoperative recovery pain. Could you think with me about what the reason might be?
