I had my previous hidden double eyelid and asymmetrical eyes corrected with an inline incision. At first, I was very satisfied because I had a moderate double eyelid and my eyes looked bigger. As a year passed, the line gradually became thinner and turned into something that looked like a complete hidden double eyelid. Maybe because I did not have canthoplasty, after a long time passed the line settled very thin and ended up looking oddly pinched, like a Samoyed puppy’s double eyelids..? Nobody can tell I had double eyelid surgery unless I say so, but the line has gotten thinner than I expected, so I’m planning to have revision surgery a little higher up. If you are doing inline, I hope you take into account the line becoming lower later so you do not end up spending money twice^^
