Rhinoplasty Revision Review

It has already been about a month since I had revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Kim Hyunju at Alu Plastic Surgery. At first, because it was done with autologous costal cartilage, I was worried about swelling and the recovery process, but as time passed the swelling gradually went down and I could feel the overall nose line settling in naturally, so these days I’m satisfied every time I look in the mirror. In particular, before the revision I was unhappy with my side profile, but when I had alar base correction at the same time as the revision, the tip was lifted beautifully and the three-dimensional balance of my whole face felt much more alive. Also, once the tip line was refined, my mouth looked relatively more set back, and my side profile looks much more polished and soft, so I’m really happy. What people around me have been saying a lot is: - The rhinoplasty does not look obvious and looks natural - The overall impression became prettier - My side profile from the forehead to the lips and chin looks different Hearing things like that made me even happier. Rather than an overly glamorous look, it feels naturally improved in a way that suits my face, which I really like. It has only been one month, so it may not be completely settled yet, but even now the swelling is going down a lot and the line seems to be getting prettier and prettier. I’m looking forward to how it will settle even more naturally as time passes. I’m grateful to Dr. Kim Hyunju for carefully taking care of everything from consultation to surgery to follow-up checks, and I’m truly satisfied that she created the natural yet pretty line I wanted. My face feels more balanced overall after the nose job, so I think I really made the right choice.
