My old nose looked too wide on both sides when photographed from the front. The tip was also round and spread out a lot, so even from the side it looked short and low. While reading reviews, I decided to get a consultation because I wanted a masculine straight nose. The director said that there needed to be a natural connection from the bridge to the tip, otherwise it would feel too heavy for a man's face. The design explanation felt very realistic, which made me even more interested, and because everything was explained specifically, it was easy to decide. By the three-month mark, the swelling had gone down a lot, and the line I liked became clearly visible. The feeling of the tip being blunt and clustered together before now rises naturally upward together with the bridge and tip, so the wide-nose look disappeared and the nose looks slimmer. Since osteotomy and bulbous-nose correction were done together, I think the width itself was refined as well. It seems they gave me a natural masculine straight nose without anything excessive, just like we discussed in the consultation, so I am satisfied. The only discomfort was during the early period when I had the splint on, and now I can breathe well and comfortably. For the surgery, they used a bridge implant, short-nose correction, bulbous-nose correction, osteotomy, and autologous costal cartilage. I did not know short-nose correction was needed too, so I was honestly a bit surprised, but it seems I made the right choice. Even the philtrum, which used to look long, now looks shorter. Anyway, I had read reviews saying they are good with men's noses and that they look at the nose very objectively, so that is why I went. In the end, I think it was the right decision to have the surgery.
