Nose Surgery Reviews

It's been 3 months since my surgery with donor rib and no implant!

Actually, I did not like that my philtrum looked long, but I thought nose surgery should come before philtrum reduction, so I went around to many hospitals for consultations about nose surgery. Among the places I visited, the first doctor who showed me things by pointing with a cotton swab was at Lowel Plastic Surgery. Maybe because it was not a large hospital, I felt they were definitely more thorough in their examination. At other hospitals, everyone only told me to lower the columella, but Director Kim Jaeyun pointed out the shape and said that if the columella were lowered, it would look like this, so I remember he recommended the option without lowering it. Since I did not know much about nose surgery, when I looked at the shape he pointed out, I also felt that going with the shape Director Jaeyun showed me was definitely the better choice. The bridge was done without an implant, and the tip was done using donor rib and ear cartilage! It has been 3 months now, but recovery is still ongoing! The inside has not fully healed yet. The rest is recovering without any major issues! There were a few dangerous moments in between because of the dog, but I am managing it well. My nose feels like it was born again... haha It is already becoming quite natural now, so some people would not know I had surgery if I did not tell them!! Hehe Once it becomes a little more natural, the philtrum area will probably look more natural too, right? I am still so satisfied with the nose shape..! But now that I look better, I am getting greedy and want to make it even higher.... If I ever have a revision, I will do it at Lowel again haha I love you, Director, hehe!!!
