It has already been this long since my autologous rib rhinoplasty!! lol The time when I was debating whether to get nose surgery feels like yesterday, but wow, time really flies..! After the surgery, the swelling was not as bad as I expected. At first I did think my nose looked a little puffy, but after going on walks and such, the swelling went down pretty quickly. Mythic Plastic Surgery was the first hospital I visited while deciding on autologous rib rhinoplasty, and even after that I kept looking around at other places, but nothing really clicked, so I went back for consultations twice.. lol The director was so kind and meticulous, and I think the biggest decision point was that he remembered what we had discussed and carefully paid attention to every additional question I asked haha My nose tip was already drooping, and I also had a dorsal hump and a wide nose, so I had the surgery together. I kept saying I wanted a pretty straight line, and it turned out so beautifully lol!!! The swelling seems almost completely gone, and my face itself has so much more dimension now!
