My nose originally had a bumpy hump and the tip was a bit pressed down, so I had surgery for an elegant straight nose. After looking at the CT, the director said it would be good to also address my deviated septum, so I had functional nose surgery as well, and because my columella was tucked in, I added columella lengthening too. Afterward, I realized how much the columella and nasolabial angle affect the nose. Once the tip became more refined, my mouth also seemed to look less protrusive lol Now the swelling around the tip has gone down a lot, and the shape feels softer, so I hope it settles in like this I still feel a pulling sensation around the columella, but other than that, I’m doing fine without any discomfort. As expected, the nose is important. I feel like taking selfies now, so I’ve been taking a lot of them lately, and everyone, let’s get nose surgery!!
