Every morning my nose was completely blocked, so breathing through my mouth made my throat hurt so much. On top of that, every time I took a photo, the bridge of my nose stuck out, and I got tired of always shaving it down with retouching apps. I went to GNG Hospital, which is well known for combining functional and cosmetic nose surgery, because I wanted to solve both function and appearance at once. After the tests, they found that I had a severe deviated septum and rhinitis, so I decided to have functional and cosmetic nose surgery. I felt a bit burdened by the idea of putting something on the bridge of my nose, so I went ahead with an implant-free rhinoplasty. They used only septal cartilage to refine the hump nose and raise the tip of my nose, and the shape became so much prettier, and breathing became amazingly easy, which is surprising. These days, when I meet friends, they say the tip of my nose has become sharper and that my whole vibe has changed, and they compliment me so much >.< What I like best is that it became higher naturally without being excessive!! The change in the side profile is obvious, so even when I take photos with the default camera now, they come out well
