Usually, when I lifted my nose up or took photos from below, I was always bothered by how wide the nostril width was, so after a consultation at Harmony Plastic Surgery, I had lateral incision, medial incision, and columella reduction done together! It is now exactly 5 weeks, and before I used to hate it when someone looked at me from below, but now my complex has become much less of an issue, so I am satisfied. There is still a little redness and some faint scarring left, but other people do not notice it, and even if they look closely it is not very obvious. The director seems to have really excellent skill... as you can see from the photos, the line narrowed very naturally, so I am extremely satisfied!
