I have a bit of forehead volume and my eyes are fairly large, so I wanted to change my nose too into a more refined line that is close to glamorous. I told Director Yoon Su-gwang that I wanted the tip of my nose to be clearly defined, and that I also wanted to correct the downturned columella. I used autologous costal cartilage, so it was twice as hard, but in hindsight I think using autologous costal cartilage was the right choice. Because it is my own tissue, it gives me peace of mind, and I think the tip will also hold up well. Right now, the major swelling has all gone down, and the residual swelling seems to be slowly disappearing. The tip still feels like it is not mine yet, so I am being careful, but overall I am happy with it, and I hope this is my last surgery. I am glad it suited me well.
