First of all, I had experience with Hi-Ko and filler before surgery!! Surgery felt like a big recovery burden, and I was a little scared of putting silicone into the bridgeSo while doing Hi-Ko, I raised both the bridge and the tip, and at first I was satisfied, right? But since it was only meant to last for a fixed period, as you can see, the tip spread out and actually became more blunt..I was already stressed because of my bulbous nose, and it made my mental state even worse..The procedure is insanely painful too.. I really cried nonstop while getting it done..The nose shape I wanted was just a slightly lifted tip, andI absolutely wanted a non-open procedure When I saw friends who had open surgery, the scar was so noticeablethat in many cases it was hard to hide even with makeup..But after going for consultations, almost everyone recommended open surgery, soI ended up having surgery at VN, where they said they could do it non-open!I went to VN because the reviews for Xiao Xiao nose matched my aesthetic sense, but Director Oh Seung-il looked at my nose and, since my septum was large, recommended extending the tip length with septal extension instead of Xiao Xiao noseI had the surgery non-open, and thanks to that, it seems the short nose was improved well I found a design that suited my face well through virtual simulation, and while talking in the consultation, I started wanting more height in the bridge too So I also had ear cartilage grafting Of course, I also had the Hi-Ko threads removedThe tip was spread out, so I also had cartilage tying done to bring the shape together, and thanks to that, it seems to have come out nicely and slimThe bruising and swelling were a bit more than I expected, but they went down well as time passedOf course, it also seems like the walks I kept up with were worth it Right now, if the swelling around the tip goes down a little more, I think it will match my ideal look well Looking back after surgery, I really regret why I ever did Hi-Ko It really hurt and felt like I just threw money away..If anyone is thinking about filler or Hi-Ko because of their nose, please seriously don't end up regretting it later like I did and instead consider surgery..
