My nose was originally kind of big, bulbous, with a high hump, basically hopeless, so I didn't have high expectations.. I had it done using septal cartilage + ear cartilage, you know? But I don't know if it's because of the swelling right now, but hmm, it feels like my nose shape hasn't changed, so I'm really upset.. Has anyone completely escaped having a big bulbous nose? I like somewhat dramatic noses, but would that be too much even with revision surgery? I'm upset
