When I read arm lipo reviews, they say it hurts a lot and you need a week of rest, but I was out and about so much the day after surgery that I hit 10,000 steps. Because of that, daily life was more manageable than I expected. But the constipation after surgery.. is that usually common..? I usually go every day, but after surgery I’ve been constipated. The swelling was at its worst on the evening of day 1, and after that it felt like it gradually went down.
