Nose Surgery Reviews

Review of no-implant surgery for a hooked nose (including osteotomy)

I had a big hooked nose, but the bridge was high and I really liked how it looked from the front, so I kept wondering for years whether to get nose surgery or not. In the end, I finally did it.

I visited seven clinics and looked up tons of reviews, and I ultimately decided on Director Lee Ju-cheol at Bigin because the reviews had the line I liked, including old reviews, and they weren’t overdone!!!

I had heard osteotomy was extremely painful, so I really didn’t want to do it, but he explained clearly why it was needed and everything else, so I trusted him and went ahead.

Thinking about it now, I even feel like, what if I hadn’t done it? The tip was done with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and since the drooping tip was lifted, it also made my chin look a bit more set back. As the columella that had been hanging low got refined too, my long nose feels a little shorter? These are photos from 2 weeks post-op, and now the swelling has gone down even more, so I like it even better. The tip still feels tight and very hard, so I think I’ll need a few months to get used to it.
