Glad I had my eyes and nose done together (progress from 2 weeks to 1 month!!)

I originally wanted something natural more than anything, rather than something that looks obviously done. For the eyes, I wanted an in-out line that wasn't too dramatic, and for the nose, a neat straight line without a curve that was too strong - that was my dream look. In particular, my biggest goal was to improve the face's center, which looked rough because the nose tip drooped down a bit like an arrow nose and I had a bulbous nose! During the consultation, the director immediately picked up on what I wanted, so we decided to keep the eyes clean with a buried double eyelid and ptosis correction, and for the nose to slightly smooth the hump, lay down 4 mm of bridge height, and raise the tip! For the nose tip, they used donor rib, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage too, so they could lift the drooping columella and correct the bulbous nose and arrow nose all together. The director must have had a hard time with that... haha As you can see in the photos, by around 2 weeks to 1 month, most of the big swelling had gone down, so now I look fairly human.. haha Really, having the eyes and nose done together made the balance of my features feel like it clicked into place all at once! If I had only done the eyes or only the nose separately, I think I would have felt like something was missing by 2%, but doing them together changed the overall vibe to something much more refined, so I’m really satisfied!! haha Because the eyes were done with buried double eyelids, the swelling went down in what felt like the blink of an eye, and they settled into the clean in-out line I wanted! It’s only been one month for the nose, so the tip still feels a bit tight and stings when I touch it, so I’m being careful~ Still, the long, blunt nose tip that I worried about most has lifted neatly, and the hump has become smoother, so once the swelling goes down more I think it will be really pretty!! Honestly, during the first 1 to 2 weeks, I could barely open my eyes and I couldn’t breathe through my nose, so I even had a moment of wondering... why did I do everything at once...? But now that a month has passed, I just think it was worth it to get it all done in one go, even if it was hard haha I still need to take care of the scar tissue at the nose tip, and there’s still a long way to go, but even at one month, the line seems to be settling in well, so I can breathe a little easier~~
