First, compared with other hospitals, the director’s consultation time was quite short. It felt like we talked for about 2 minutes. On the other hand, the consultation manager was very kind and gave a detailed consultation for about 40 to 50 minutes. So most of the consultation was with the manager, and I felt a bit disappointed that I could not really consult enough with the director. Still, I felt trust because of the confidence shown by the director in videos and in the way he explained things. Even though it was a short consultation, he seemed certain about his own surgical direction. Also, this hospital recommended “concealer fat grafting,” and I was told that my eyes were the type that needed that procedure. But adding that procedure would make the cost go up quite a lot, so I was conflicted.
