I had it done 3 years ago by Director ㅇㅇㅈ at ㅁㅋ. Back then he said not to make it high, but to keep it natural, so they put 2.5 mm or 3 mm of silicone in the bridge and used septal cartilage + ear cartilage for the tip. But maybe because it has been 3 years, the bridge has gotten way too low and the tip has also drooped. They emphasized bulbous-nose correction too, but honestly I do not know. It also left some scar tissue, so it looks a bit off.
Even the columella changed shape and has sunken in, so when seen from the side the columella is not visible. That is extremely stressful too. At the time I had crooked-nose correction + bulbous-nose correction + alar reduction and so on, basically everything added on and done together. Of course it looked somewhat better than before surgery, but as time went on it drooped more and more, so the bulbous nose is not that different from before surgery.
I just joined this community for the first time and would like recommendations for hospitals that are good at revision surgery for a male bulbous nose I am also thinking about getting my eyes done at the same time, but researching hospitals is the hardest part. What matters most to me is first, lots of experience with revision surgery for male bulbous noses; second, a director who consults well and shapes the line to suit the face. Please help!!
